She worked tirelessly with her designer to “stage” our house using our existing furnishings. She obtained numerous showings immediately upon listing and our house was in escrow about a month after listing. She used a specific targeted marketing approach for our geographic enclave to attract many qualified and likely potential buyers. Between the time of signing the purchase contract and closing while inspections were put on hold due to the pandemic, the buyer for the property attempted to negotiate a $100,000 purchase price adjustment during the time the stock market was precipitously falling. I was adamant about not lowering the price and Melody was totally supportive of my position.
